How close will the canvas print I receive be to the image on your website?

Our graphic artists are experienced and highly skilled, able to masterfully reproduce any type of print. Our premium canvas prints will have accuracy with respect to the details of the artwork, however, there may be slight color variations based on your computer monitor's color settings.

Are your oil paintings hand-painted?

Yes. Every oil painting we sell is 100% hand-painted—one brushstroke at a time—by an experienced artist.

How close will the painting I receive look compared to the image on your website?

Our artists are highly skilled at reproducing a wide range of styles and subjects, and we do not use printers or machine processes on our oil paintings. Since each piece is fully hand-painted and because monitor settings can display colors differently, minor variations in color, texture, and brushwork can occur.

While each painting should not be considered an exact, identical replica, we do guarantee that our artists will work carefully and pay close attention to the key features and details to make your oil painting as close to the original as possible.

If I order canvas art with a frame, will it arrive ready to hang?

If you order a frame with your canvas art, we will stretch the canvas onto wooden stretcher bars, mount it into the frame, and add hanging hardware. We also include hooks—so it's ready to hang right out of the box.

What is the difference between canvas stretching and a gallery wrap?

Canvas stretching means the canvas is stretched and stapled onto standard wooden stretcher bars. This is the standard preparation needed before a painting can be framed.

Gallery wrap uses deeper (typically 1.5") stretcher bars. The painted canvas wraps around the sides so the edges look finished, and the staples are placed on the back. This allows you to hang the painting without a frame for a clean, modern look.

We offer canvas stretching, gallery wrap, and framing as optional add-on services for an additional charge.

How long will it take for my oil paintings to arrive?

We stock thousands of paintings. If your painting is in stock, it typically ships within 1–2 business days.  If a painting is temporarily out of stock, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for it to be hand-painted, properly dried, and shipped to you.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties if I am outside the U.S.?

International orders (orders outside the United States) may be subject to customs fees and import duties and taxes of the country where the order is being shipped to. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the order is being shipped to. Custom policies vary by country, so you should contact your local customs agency for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax to Florida residents, which varies depending on which county you are located in. Trade accounts located in Florida where we have received a current, signed photocopy of the Trade Account's Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax do not have to pay Florida sales tax.

How is the canvas art protected when shipped?
